The United States Justice Department on Thursday released additional FBI documents of late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including records of interviews with a woman who made uncorroborated accusations that President Donald Trump sexually assaulted her after she was introduced to him by Epstein.

The Justice Department said the documents had not been made public under previous congressionally-mandated file releases related to the late convicted sex offender because they were mistakenly labelled as 'duplicative'.

Allegations About Trump In Newly Released Epstein Files

The additional documents released on Thursday include records of several 2019 FBI interviews with a woman who alleged that she was assaulted by both Epstein and Trump while she was 13 and 15 years old.

In one interview, she told the investigators that Epstein took her to 'either New York or New Jersey' where he introduced her to Trump. She alleged that she bit Trump when he attempted to force her to perform oral sex. The woman also said that she and people close to her received threatening calls over the years, demanding that she remain silent, which she believed were connected to Epstein.

Trump Denies Any Wrongdoing

Trump has denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein's allegations. The US Justice Department has also previously said that some of the documents it released 'contain untrue and sensationalist claims' about the US President.

Meanwhile, Democrats have accused the Trump administration of attempting to cover up details of the Epstein investigation that they believe could negatively impact Trump. A committee in the United States House of Representatives voted on Wednesday to subpoena Pam Bondi, the US attorney general, to answer questions about the Justice Department's handling of documents.
