French carmaker Citroen, which has been diligently trying to establish itself in the Indian market, has increased the price of one of its electric vehicles, the eC3. The price of this EV has reportedly raised up by Rs 25,000 on all variants, except the base trim. The vehicle is now available for a starting price of Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom), with the highest model priced at Rs 12.6 lakh (ex-showroom).

The revised pricing for the Citroen Feel variant, which was previously priced at Rs 12.13 lakh, is now Rs 12.38 lakh. In between all of this, the premium Feel Vibe Pack and Feel Vibe Pack (Dual-tone) both went through a rise in prices and they are currently being offered for Rs 12.53 lakh and Rs 12.68 lakh, respectively. All the prices shown above are ex-showroom.

Citroen eC3’s Power and Range

The Citroen is equipped with a 29.2 kWh battery pack that delivers adequate power from a front axle-mounted electric motor. The maximum output of the unit is 56 bhp and 143 Nm of peak torque. According to Citroen, the EV has a top speed of 107 km/h and a respectable range of 320 km after being fully charged.

Citroen eC3’s Charging

The EV uses a DC fast charger and it takes approximately an hour to fully charge it. However, the time required to fully charge the car from 10% to 100% with a home charger is 10.5 hours.
