It Stock Under Rs 50: The shares of small-cap IT company 'Kellton Tech Solution' are in focus on Monday as the company introduced a new AI product for enterprises. In an exchange filing, the company announced Phoenix.AI, aiming to redefine how enterprises modernise legacy systems.
Following the announcement, the stock is in action in intraday trade.
Despite the announcement, the stock started the session in negative territory at Rs 15.01 as compared to last day's closing of Rs 15.07 on NSE. Mirroring the massive decline in the stock market due to higher crude prices and heightening geopolitical conditions, the IT stock dragged further to a low of Rs 14.49 per share. At the time of writing, the stock was trading at Rs 14.65, down Rs 0.42 or 2.79 per cent.
Meanwhile, its 52-week high and low values stood at Rs 33.15 and Rs 13, respectively.
Phoenix.AI
The newly launched product is built with AI in mind and is fully scalable by design. The Agentic platform reimagines large systems as cloud-native microservices. It reduces multi-year transformation programs to weeks, accelerates modernisation by up to 80%, and reduces costs by up to 50%.
According to the company, Phoenix.AI, built on the latest AI capabilities and powered by Kelton's own modernisation blueprint, is already being used in enterprise projects. It delivers modernisation at a speed and scale previously unattainable with traditional methods.
"Phoenix.AI operates through a continuously running, agentic transformation framework that automates the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise code modernisation — from analysis and decomposition into microservices to conversion, validation, remediation, and quality assurance — while preserving enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and operational continuity," the company said in its exchange filing.
