IND vs NZ ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Final: India scripted history during the summit clash against New Zealand and was full of moments of brilliance. Although players, were seen expressing their feelings after winning the game, skipper Rohit Sharma was seen as at his absolute best as he brought up an unusual celebration.

Post leading the team to a four-wicket win, Rohit was seen walking onto the field and thus brought a brilliant trick and left the fans impressed.

A celebration that looked casual, where Rohit was seen pointing towards the stumps, and what surprised everyone was that it landed perfectly on the ground. This must have entertained the fans present at the venue, who were left impressed by the celebration.

At the same time, skipper Rohit Sharma, who scored a match-winning knock of 76 runs off 83 balls while chasing, played a huge role and helped the team chase down the target of 252 runs. He had smashed seven fours and three sixes and helped the team bounce back after the team suffered a batting collapse.

India's road to glory

On the back of Shreyas Iyer's gritty knock of 48 runs and KL Rahul's unbeaten knock of 34 runs helped the team chase down the target of 254 runs in 49 overs. During the first innings, New Zealand posted a target of 251/7 as Daryl Mitchell's gritty knock of 63 runs and Michael Bracewell's quick knock of 53 helped the team post the target.

Varun Chakravarthy spearheaded India's spin attack and made sure that New Zealand couldn't score much despite having a flying start.

This win became India's third Champions Trophy title and gave uncountable memories for the fans that they will cherish for the rest of their lives.
