IND vs AUS: A young Virat Kohli fan was seen jumping in joy after getting Kohli's autograph before the series opener against Australia. Since Kohli and Rohit have joined the Indian team for the series against Australia beginning on Sunday, all eyes will be on the star Indian batters.

By playing in just the ODI series, they will give the fans a limited opportunity to watch them live. And when these moments come, the excitement will be over the roof, and a similar video has gone viral on social media, where a young boy is seen jumping in joy after meeting the star Indian batter.

Kohli was at his absolute best in their first training session in Perth as he will be playing for India after a long time since the Champions Trophy 2025. The fans, who were standing outside the venue, were excited when both Kohli and Rohit attended the optional training session as they are gearing up for the first game on Sunday. Rohit, who will be playing this series without captaincy, joined Kohli in high spirits.

In that session, all eyes were on Kohli. He was last seen in action in IPL 2025 and is most likely playing his last series in Australia. He started practicing with catching drills on a pitch where he had smashed his last Test ton in 2024 and then faced Mohammed Siraj for 40 minutes, along with Harshit Rana, Arshdeep Singh, and net bowlers. He was seen struggling for a while, but was still confident as he was practicing on a lively surface under overcast conditions.

His footwork and timing of the shots impressed everyone, especially in Rana's overs. On the other hand, Rohit was seen struggling first, but then got used to it after several blows. KL Rahul's practice session was short as he was seen leaving with the support staff.

The atmosphere in the dressing room looked more relaxed compared to last year in the Test series against the same opponent, where these sessions were covered by black shade cloth. This time, the fans got an opportunity to talk to their favorite cricketers, where Kohli and Rohit were seen giving autographs and taking selfies.
