Rajasthan Royals vs Royal Challengers Bengaluru, IPL 2025: Virat Kohli dropped an easy catch during the IPL 2025 match between Rajasthan Royals and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Sunday.

Virat gave life to Dhruv Jurel after Rajasthan were put into bat first. The instance took place on the last ball of the 17th over. Suyash Sharma tossed it up full and around off. Jurel tried to loft it across the line but ended up slicing it too long off where Kohli was stationed.

Virat did well to reach to the ball but seemed a bit casual while making an attempt. He couldn't make the perfect move and ended up spilling the catch. Virat was immensely furious with himself as RCB had a disappointing outing on the field.

In fact, it was the second dropped catch for RCB fielders in the game, apart from seven instances of misfields.

Rajasthan Royals posted a challenging total of 173/4 in their 20 overs on the back of Yashasvi Jaiswal's impressive knock of 75 runs in just 47 balls, which he played with the help of 10 fours and two sixes. Riyan Parag (30) and Dhruv Jurel (35) came up with the crucial contributions as well.

For RCB, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Yash Dayal, Josh Hazlewood and Krunal Pandya ended up taking a wicket each.
