IND vs AUS: The Australian media has once again criticized India's star batter Virat Kohli, where a journalist described him as a bully on air. He made these comments after Kohli was seen getting involved in a heated exchange with an Australian journalist at the Melbourne airport earlier this week.

The star batter had landed in Melbourne for the upcoming Boxing Day Test with his family. He was stunned after realizing that in a country like Australia, celebrities can be clicked without any restrictions. After realizing that a photographer had taken pictures of his family, he then urged her to delete those pictures and that they could keep his pictures.

Although this issue was resolved at the airport only, a 9 Sports journalist Tony Jones slammed Kohli for his behaviour. Jones reckoned that he threatened the journalist and described his actions as unbecoming.

“Nat was out there with a cameraman, a Channel 7 reporter was out there with his cameraman and they were doing what we do daily essentially, and that’s at the airport to get identities, whether they’re politicians, whether they’re sporting identities or whatever," Jones was quoted as saying on air.

“He took umbrage, he being Virat Kohli, to the fact the cameras were focused on him. Well, duh! You’re a batting superstar, you’re a global superstar in the world of cricket, and he takes umbrage to the fact that the attention is focused on him. What got my backup when I saw the footage was that he turned around to the three blokes, the two cameramen, and the reporter from Channel 7, and said you guys are OK, it’s her. Really? Big tough man, Virat. And then he stood over this girl, Nat Yoannidis, who’s about five foot one, five foot two, and just absolutely berated her. You’re nothing but a bully, Virat," he said.

Aussie media unhappy with Jadeja

Just a day after this incident, the Australian media also slammed Jadeja for answering questions during a press conference only in Hindi and not answering any questions in English. Jadeja was seen answering the questions just to the Indian journalists. He spoke in Hindi during the press conference for nine minutes and after that, the press conference concluded as the star all-rounder was heading for the team bus. And that's why he couldn't reply to any more questions as per their media manager.

However, according to some Australian journalists, Jadeja didn't reply to them in English. “The Australian media were bemused and confused when the star all-rounder refused to answer questions in English. It was obviously an annoying situation for the journalists who made the effort to turn up," a report released by Channel 7 revealed.
