CBSE Board Exam 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will hold its annual psychological counseling sessions for the Class 10, and 12 students of the 2024 batch from today, January 1. The board plans to introduce IVRS, podcasts, and telecounselling services to assist students in getting ready for their final exams.

According to the CBSE, parents and students can use the free IVRS service 24/7 by calling the toll-free number 1800-11-8004. The board stated that the IVRS service will provide guidance on stress-free preparation, time and stress management, FAQs, and important contact details of CBSE offices in both Hindi and English.

Tele-counselling sessions will be organised from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm form Monday to Saturday. Moreover, bilingual podcasts covering these subjects will be accessible at cbse.gov.in.

“This year, a total of 65 Principals, trained counsellors, and special educators from CBSE affiliated government and private schools and psychologists are providing this facility. Out of these, 52 are from India, while 13 counsellors are from Kuwait, Nepal, Japan, Doha-Qatar, Oman (Muscat), and UnitedArab Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ras-al-Khaimah),” reads the CBSE press statement.

CBSE Class 12 board exams will be held from February 15 to April 2, 2024, while Class 10 board exams will be conducted from February 15 to March 13, 2024.
