DU UG Admission 2024: The Delhi University will close the registration window for the first round of spot admissions today, September 19, 2024. The seat allotment results for DU UG Spot Round 1 will be announced on Saturday, September 21, at 3 PM. Candidates must accept their allotted seat by 11:59 PM on September 22. Eligible candidates can apply for DU UG spot admissions through the CSAS portal at admission.uod.ac.in.

According to the schedule, the list of vacant seats was released at 10 AM on September 18, allowing candidates to apply for admissions via their dashboards.

Applications for the first round will be verified and approved by DU colleges by 4:59 PM on September 23. The deadline for candidates to make the fee payment will be September 24 at 4:59 PM.

All candidates who receive a seat in the first round must accept it. Those who do not accept their seat in the first round of spot admissions will be excluded from the admission process. Moreover, there will be no option to withdraw or downgrade the seats allotted during the spot rounds.

According to the university, only candidates who were not admitted to any DU colleges (after applying for CSAS UG) by 5 PM on September 17 are eligible for the first round of CSAS spot admissions. To proceed with the application, candidates must log in to their dashboard and select the spot admission option. They can only choose course and college combinations for which seats are available.
