BABYMONSTER, the latest Kpop sensation, has made a grand debut under YG Entertainment, one of South Korea's big four entertainment companies and home to global superstars BLACKPINK. This seven-member girl group—consisting of Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita—marks YG's largest lineup since the debut of BLACKPINK and 2NE1, both of which had four members.
Recently, BABYMONSTER captivated audiences by covering labelmate seniors BLACKPINK's 2017 hit song 'As If It’s Your Last' during their fan meet in Tokyo. The cover, performed by members Ahyeon, Pharita, Chiquita and Ruka, showcased their stable vocals, stage presence and dance skills, further cementing their status as rising stars in the Kpop industry.

On April 1, 2024, BABYMONSTER released their debut EP 'BABYMONS7ER', featuring the lead single 'SHEESH'. The group has already drawn comparisons to their seniors, with Pharita receiving praise from BLACKPINK's Jennie for her Rosé-like vocals.
Ahyeon has been likened to Jennie, while Chiquita's charisma and performance skills have led to comparisons with Lisa. The group's rap line, comprising Ahyeon, Rami and Asa, is also garnering attention for their impressive performances.
