BTS V is gearing up for an exciting new project that has fans buzzing with anticipation. The Kpop idol is set to release a photobook titled Rêvé, which beautifully encapsulates the moments he spent in the enchanting city of Paris. The announcement was made by BIGHIT MUSIC on January 12 through BTS' official social media accounts.

Scheduled for release on February 3, Rêvé promises to offer a glimpse into V's unique perspective of Paris. The photobook’s title, which means "dream" in French, reflects the artist's sentiments about the freedom and beauty he experienced in the city. The poster accompanying the announcement features a monochromatic Parisian scene, with an inscription in French hinting at the dreamy and nostalgic theme of the project. Rêvé is a French word which means 'dream' in English

"The feeling of freedom that I felt in Paris, the instant beauty, a dreamy scenery seen through the eyes of V," the poster reads, setting the tone for the photobook's artistic essence. Fans won’t have to wait long to secure their copies. Pre-orders for Rêvé will begin on January 14 at 11 AM KST (7:30 AM IST), giving ARMYs worldwide the chance to own this special release.

As a brand ambassador for the luxury fashion house Celine, V frequently visits Paris and often shares glimpses of his time there. Known for his unconventional eye for photography, V has a knack for capturing subtle, often overlooked moments. His previous photobook, TYPE 1, showcased his talent for preserving lingering memories through his lens. Rêvé is expected to follow a similar theme, offering a "remedy for the soul" through its imagery.

On January 13, 2025, more details about the upcoming photobook were shared on BTS' official social media accounts and Weverse. 

The official notice on Weverse said, "Hello. We are excited to announce the release of the V Rêvé Photo Book. Rêvé, a dreamy journey that began when V set afoot in Paris. This photo book captures the special hours of freedom V spent in Paris, the city of romance. Breaking away from traditional photo book designs, the collection features an outer box with an exotic, vintage look, with its 113 pages doubling as postcards.

The cutout cards, magnets, keychain, and other items are inspired by the local Parisian spirit, each piece thoughtfully designed to bring V’s cherished memories into your daily life. Rêvé, V’s special and dreamy moments in Paris, will be available for pre-order starting January 14 and officially released on March 6.

This project marks V’s first release of 2025, following a successful year in 2024. Last year, he made his solo comeback with Winter Ahead, a collaboration with balladeer Park Hyo Shin and later released a heartfelt rendition of Bing Crosby’s White Christmas.

With Rêvé, V continues to explore his artistic journey, blending his love for photography and storytelling. Fans are eager to see how he brings Paris to life through his unique lens in this highly anticipated photobook.
