Delayed OTT Movies And Web Series To Release In August 2024
Munjya
Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, the film features Abhay Verma, Sharvari Wagh, and Mona Singh in prominent roles. It has garnered a rating of 7.5 on IMDb. The official synopsis describes the plot as follows: "A young man discovers a family secret and encounters a vengeful spirit, Munjya, in his native village, who is determined to find a spouse. Now, he must battle to safeguard himself and his beloved from Munjya's grasp."
Disney+Hotstar has the streaming rights of Munjya, but its OTT release date has not been announced yet. If the reports are to be believed, Munjya will make its digital debut in August, this year or in the first week of September 2024.
Agent
Agent is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language action spy film directed by Surender Reddy and written by Vakkantham Vamsi. The film stars Akhil Akkineni, Mammootty, Dino Morea, Sakshi Vaidya, and Vikramjeet Virk. Notably, it marks the Telugu cinema debut for both Vaidya and Morea. The film was expected to land on OTT in July, but the audience couldn’t find it on any platform. Now, the film might make its much-delayed digital debut in August. However, there is no official confirmation about the same.
