Dhanush starrer 'Captain Miller' is one of the highly anticipated films of the actor. With the release of new posters and a talented cast, fans are keenly excited for the release of the film. The pan-India release also stars superstar Shivarajkumar in lead role, as a new poster unveiled by the makers of 'Captain Miller' showcased both the actors having an intense face-off on the battleground.

The makers of 'Captain Miller' took to their Twitter and shared the new poster of the film having a backdrop of guns and war with the Tamil star and the Kannada actor facing opposite each other with huge guns in their hands. The makers also announced that the first official teaser will be released on the birthday of Dhanush i.e. on July 28.

Sharing another poster the makers wrote, "Get ready to experience the never before of @dhanushkraja. #CaptainMiller Teaser on 28th JULY 2023."

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Dhanush shared his experience of working with Shivarajkumar and said, "I am a huge fan of Dhanush. I have seen all his films. In fact, I see myself in Dhanush! The naughtiness, the way he behaves with his friends, he is just like me or I am just like him! We are that similar! I have a special liking for Dhanush. I could not pass on the opportunity to share screen space with him."

'Captain Miller' is set against the backdrop of 1930s India and will include elements of dark humour as well. The female lead of the film will be essayed by Priyanka Arul Mohan, whereas Nivedhithaa Sathish and John Kokken will be seen as the supporting cast in the film.

The film is bankrolled by Sendhil Thyagarajan and is in collaboration with Arjun Thyagarajan. It is produced by G Saravanan and Sai Siddharth. The cinematography is done by Shreyaas Krishna with Nagooran is the editor of the film.
