Mallika Sherawat recently delighted her fans by sharing a behind-the-scenes video with pop sensation Bruno Mars. The Bollywood actor took to Instagram to post the nostalgic clip, which features moments from their collaboration over a decade ago. The duo appeared together in a parody music video of Salt-n-Pepa's Whatta Man for the comedy platform Funny or Die.
In the shared clip, Mallika is seen pointing a gun at Bruno Mars before the scene transitions into a lighthearted moment where Bruno embraces her. The video ends with the two laughing, capturing the fun they had on set. Mallika donned a stunning pink dress, while Bruno looked dapper in a white shirt, black blazer and trousers.
Sharing the video, Mallika expressed her excitement, writing, “Shooting a music video with Bruno Mars was an absolute blast. Every moment on set was filled with excitement and fun.” She added hashtags like #BrunoMars, #MallikaSherawat, #MusicVideo, and #HollywoodMeetsBollywood to reflect her memorable experience.

Fans were quick to praise Mallika for her work and charm. One fan commented, “Way ahead of her time. This woman is fire.” Another wrote, “He’s big! Good job, Mallika!” Some expressed surprise, with one saying, “GIRL WHAT!!! I’m so happy for you. You used to be my favourite actress growing up.” Another fan joked, “Almost thought Bruno will sing Bheegey Hont now.”
Mallika Sherawat’s stint in Hollywood has been noteworthy. In 2012, she collaborated with Bruno Mars for the parody video of Whatta Man. Speaking about her experience in an earlier interview, Mallika revealed that Bruno personally sang Just the Way You Are for her, making the experience even more special. In 2022, during an interview with ETimes, Mallika reflected on her move to the United States, calling it a fruitful decision. She shared that she met former US President Barack Obama twice, worked with Bruno Mars and even starred in an independent film, Politics of Love.
