Shah Rukh Khan made sure his admirers weren't let down on his 60th birthday. However, during a special meet-and-greet, the actor met fans at the gate rather than from Mannat's balcony. On November 2, around 300 fans gathered at the Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir Auditorium in Bandra, Mumbai, to commemorate the special occassion. Shah Rukh Khan cutting a three-tiered cake adorned with a golden crown was a major highlight of the celebration. The superstar's longtime manager, Pooja Dadlani, who shares birthday with him, joined him on stage.

Shah Rukh Khan also shared the teaser for his upcoming movie, King. The 60-year-old actor also talked about the movie and a lot more at the meet and greet.

Shah Rukh Khan thanked his supporters for their unwavering support, stating that they were 'the reason for every celebration,' which caused the crowd to erupt. The location was crowded with supporters from all across India and outside, including those from France, Germany, and the US. Many of them were wearing T-shirts with King Khan's photo on them.

Shah Rukh Khan's appearance on stage, wearing blue trousers, a black T-shirt, an off-white jacket, black goggles, and a hat, was the evening's high point. Fans cheered him on, and he greeted them with his signature open-arms position, which has been a part of his profession for a long time.

Shah Rukh Khan briefly discussed a personal link to his movie "Chak De! India" during the occasion, saying, "I did Chak De! India as a tribute to my father," alluding to his father's hockey playing career.

All About Shah Rukh Khan 60th Birthday

Over the weekend in Alibaug, Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his 60th birthday with family and close friends, including Rani Mukerji, Farah Khan, and Karan Johar. On social media, a number of photos and videos from the intimate celebration went viral.

In fact, the first glimpse of his upcoming movie, King, was unveiled on his birthday. The Siddharth Anand-directed movie is scheduled for release in 2026. 

Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures backed movie also stars Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji,  Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi and Abhay Verma.
