Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: The Bengaluru police have released a traffic advisory for the people attending Aero India 2025, set to be organised from February 10 to 14 at the Air Force Station in Yelahanka. The traffic police emphasised that the advisory was released to provide convenience to the people who are taking part in the mega event. Aero India 2025 will be majorly focusing on the advancements in several sectors, including the defence technologies and aerospace.
The event will feature both military and civilian aircraft and will portray the advancements in the defence sector of our country. The advisory stated that the people attending the event must display the parking passes on their vehicle windshields for the parking venue access. The advisory further stated that the visitors will be required to strictly follow the routes allotted to them in the QR code on tickets or passes. It confirmed that any deviation from the designated routes will not be entertained a strict action will be taken if the rules are violated.
The advisory suggested the visitors use the service road below the Kodigehalli Junction flyover, passing Byatarayanapura Junction, GKVK Junction, and Yelahanka Bypass Junction if they have the passes for Gates 8 to 11. The designated route can be reached by taking a left turn onto Doddaballapura Main Road and then a right at Nagenahalli Gate towards Gantiganahalli. The advisory further stated that the same route is required to be used for the return journey.
The advisory also informed that visitors with parking passes for Gate number 5 should avoid using roads other than Airport Road, and they should proceed by using the flyover. It instructed them to follow the service road to Gate number 5 after taking a U-turn at IAF Hunasamaranahalli. However, the advisory clarified that the return route will exit through Gate number 5A and proceed via Reva College Junction.
