Hyderabad Rape Case: A shocking incident has come to light in Hyderabad, where a B.Tech student has been arrested for allegedly raping his classmate after forcing her to drink alcohol. The crime took place on the night of May 14, prompting police to file a case and arrest the accused.
The victim filed a case at the Ibrahimpatnam police station on May 15. Based on a complaint by the 20-year-old woman, police arrested the accused, who is the victim's classmate.

According to the complaint, both the victim and the accused are pursuing B.Tech from a college in the Ibrahimpatnam area. Police stated that they became acquainted because they were in the same class.
Accused Forced Girl To Drink: Police
On the night of May 14, the 20-year-old accused took the victim into his car near her home on the pretext of tea. He drove her around in the car and, while returning to Ibrahimpatnam, purchased alcohol along the way. He then forced the victim to drink alcohol and drank himself.
Accused Took His Classmate To A Room After Drinking: Police
Based on a complaint, police said he then took the intoxicated victim to a room in Ibrahimpatnam and allegedly raped her. During the investigation, the accused was arrested and produced in court, which remanded him to judicial custody.
What Police Said About The Case
Inspector M Mahendra Reddy of the Ibrahimpatnam police station said in a statement that immediate action was taken in the case and the accused was immediately arrested. According to police, the B.Tech student raped his classmate in his house in a drunken condition. The accused first forced her to drink, and when the girl resorted to an intoxicated condition, he took her to his room in Ibrahimpatnam and committed a crime, they said.
