Kailash Mansarovar Yatra 2025: The esteemed Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is set to resume after a hiatus of five years. The religious odyssey, which will begin in June, was called off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later, tension between India and China at the Line of Actual Control (LAC) disrupted this spiritual journey.

The Sikkim government has been actively developing infrastructure for yatra through Nathu La, a mountain pass in the Himalayas that connects the state with Tibet.
