Operation Sindoor Anniversary: The Indian Air Force (IAF), on the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor, reiterated that the operation against terrorism continues, adding that India does not forgive anything. While sharing a video in a post on X (formerly Twitter), the IAF asserted that some lines should never be crossed. Earlier in 2025, following the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 tourists were killed, the Indian Air Force destroyed several terror sites in Pakistan.

In its post, the IAF reminded that the operation was precise in action, ensuring maximum damage to the terror sites in Pakistan while avoiding civilian harm. "Operation Sindoor. Justice served. Precise in action, eternal in memory - Operation Sindoor continues. India forgets nothing. India forgives nothing," it wrote in the caption.

Earlier in May 2025, the Air Force launched strategic attacks against the terror sites in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir and Pakistan's territory. It eliminated over 100-200 terrorists in the deadly strikes and also destroyed Pakistani air defense radars and 20 per cent of their air assets. India also destroyed nine high-value terror launchpads linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen.

The key operation was launched after 26 tourists were brutally killed in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam district by the terrorists. In a high-profile meeting held immediately after the attack, India pledged to retaliate and teach a lesson to those giving shelters to these terrorists.

While Pakistan tried to retaliate by launching drone attacks across the border, the Indian defence system successfully intercepted and destroyed most of them. Islamabad, anticipating further embarrassment, pleaded for a ceasefire agreement on May 9.

Earlier last month, the Indian Army reminded that there are consequences for crossing the line of humanity. "When boundaries of humanity are crossed, the response is decisive. Justice is served. India stands united," it stated in the post.
