Ganesh Chaturthi 2023: Ganesh Chaturthi or Ganesh Mahotsav is one of the most awaited Indian festivals and is celebrated with great jubilation and pomp. It is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of Lord Ganesha, who is the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. The birth anniversary of Lord Ganesha is celebrated to seek the blessings of the deity and commemorate the special day. This year, Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated on September 19, 2023.
On Ganesh Chaturthi, people bring idols of Ganpati Bappa and place them in their homes, decorate their houses, prepare delicacies and celebrate the festival with great devotion and enthusiasm. 2. Shrikhand

Shrikhand is relished on major Indian festivities. It is a delicious and simple dessert that is prepared with strained yoghurt, powdered sugar, saffron, cardamom, dry fruits and nuts. It is a traditional dessert in Gujarati and Maharashtri cuisine.

3. Kheer

4. Peda
