All you need to do to perform the chin-lift face workout is sit or stand comfortably. then raise your head to the ceiling, causing your eyes to do the same. Next, tense and forward your lips. Hold this position for at least 5 to 10 seconds before repeating the motion 3 to 4 times.

Lion Pose
All of your facial muscles are energized and toned by the Simha Mudra. It is one of the best poses for the thyroid glands in the neck and face. The key to the lion position is to lower your head, put your chin on your neck, and place your knees on your things. Then stick out your tongue as far as you can and roar like a lion. After that, exhale while roaring like a lion, then repeat for about 40 to 50 seconds.
