iQOO has officially confirmed that its next flagship, the iQOO 15, is on the way. While the brand hasn’t revealed a launch date or full specs, fresh leaks from China suggest fans might have to wait slightly longer than expected.
Earlier buzz hinted at a September release right after Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 announcement, but new reports indicate the debut could be pushed to October. This timing mirrors the iQOO 13 launch pattern, which saw a China release in October and an India debut in December.
Adding to the hype, the iQOO 15 was mentioned at the ChinaJoy 2025 5v5 Honour of Kings gaming tournament, where winners will reportedly get an early hands-on before the public launch. iQOO’s product manager, Galan V, even teased the phone during a livestream, joking that actress Zhao Lusi should get one.
Expected Specifications
Leaks suggest the iQOO 15 will sport a premium Samsung display, advanced gaming optimisations from Vivo’s custom chip, and the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor. The device is tipped to feature a 6.85-inch 2K screen, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and a huge 7,000mAh battery — making it one of the most anticipated Android flagships of 2025.
Expected Price and Availability
If the October launch happens, China will likely get it first, followed by India a couple of months later. Pricing in India is expected to stay under ₹59,999, close to the iQOO 13’s ₹54,999 starting price for the 12GB + 256GB model.
