Jio Prepaid Plan for Cricket: Reliance Jio has launched a new prepaid plan specifically for cricket fans in India, timed perfectly with the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy. This special plan is perfect for those who want to catch every match and enjoy other content too.

The plan gives users access to JioHotstar, the streaming platform that brings together content from JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar. That means you can stream live cricket matches, plus movies, TV shows, sports events, and more.

What’s in the Cricket Data Pack?

This plan isn’t available on its own; you'll need a regular Jio recharge to activate it. Once you do, you’ll get 15GB of 4G/5G data for 90 days and a free, ad-supported JioHotstar mobile subscription for the same period. It’s ideal for streaming live matches in up to 720p resolution on your phone or tablet.

Compared to Jio’s Rs 149 plan for three months, this plan adds just Rs 46 for an extra 15GB of data. That’s great if you're looking to stream cricket without worrying about running out of data, especially if you don’t have unlimited 5G data.

If you need more data, Jio also has a Rs 949 prepaid recharge plan, which is similar to the Rs 195 plan but gives you 2GB of high-speed 5G data daily. Plus, it includes unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day, and access to other Jio apps like JioCloud and JioTV.
