In a move to streamline its after-sales services further for its customers, OnePlus has announced the expansion of its services infrastructure by as much as 50%, and this expansion will be effective starting from April 2026, and with this, users will be able to access OPPO India's premium service experience through its authorised service network. Apart from this services expansion, the company is also prioritising direct-to-consumer channels in India.
OnePlus Expands Service And Focuses On Direct Strategy
The expansion will take OnePlus’ authorised service network from 400 to over 600 centres, bringing coverage to 500 cities across the country, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. For users, this means easier access to support, shorter travel, and faster turnaround times, while the company continues to offer its response commitments, genuine spare parts, and trained technicians.
However, at the same time, OnePlus is also relying on the direct-to-consumer strategy that has previously helped the company establish itself in the Indian market scene. By prioritising its direct-to-consumer strategy, the company is looking forward to further strengthening its contact with tech enthusiasts and digital-first consumers while also maintaining competitive pricing and innovation tailored for the Indian experience and market.

The company has also reiterated its commitment to India, which has not been affected in any way. Product development and community initiatives are also continuing as usual. The existing warranties, software updates, and user commitments won't be affected in any way either, the company claims. Apart from this expansion of services, OnePlus is also coming out with a new device in its Nord series which will mark its debut on April 7, which is a performance-driven device for users who want speed in their daily usage.
