Realme is preparing to launch its latest flagship, the Realme GT 8 Pro, for Indian consumers in November this year. While the company has officially confirmed a November launch, it hasn't revealed the exact date. However, as per reports, the unveiling might happen on November 20, with the phone going on sale via Flipkart and Realme's official online store.

Tipped Launch Date and Availability

Recently, the well-known industry insider Yogesh Brar claimed on X that the Realme GT 8 Pro is arriving in India on November 20. He also added that this aligns with Realme's earlier confirmation that its next flagship would arrive in November. The device will reportedly be available both online and in offline retail stores soon after launch.

While Realme hasn't announced pricing or a release timeline for the standard Realme GT 8, the company has begun to tease some of the GT 8 Pro's headline features via a dedicated microsite.

Hardware and Key Features

The Realme GT 8 Pro is going to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, supported by a HyperVision AI chip further enhancing imaging and performance. It will also include a triple rear camera setup in cooperation with Ricoh GR, similar to what is found on the Chinese variant.

Realme GT 8 Pro Specifications (China Variant)

First launched in China on October 21, the Realme GT 8 Pro has blue, white, and green colour options. The smartphone comes with a 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED flexible display that supports 1,440×3,136 pixel resolution, a 144 Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness reaching as high as 7,000 nits. The display also supports 1.07 billion colours and a touch sampling rate of 3,200 Hz, which is expected to deliver ultra-smooth visuals and touch response.

In the camera department, the GT 8 Pro comes with a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP telephoto shooter for the photography enthusiasts.

Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The smartphone packs a huge 7,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging, promising long-lasting performance and minimal downtime.
