Realme will unveil its latest P4 series in India on August 20, 2025, introducing the Realme P4 5G and Realme P4 Pro 5G. Only the camera hardware has been officially shared so far, with the rest of the specifications expected to be disclosed during the launch.

What Realme has confirmed

For the P4 Pro 5G, Realme is equipping the rear with two cameras—the primary being a 50MP Sony IMX896 sensor with optical image stabilisation. This setup can capture 4K at 60 fps and 4K HDR at 30 fps. The front will feature another high-resolution 50MP OV50D camera. Additional features on the Pro include Hypershot Architecture, AI-based motion stabilisation, Ultra Steady recording, and dedicated shooting modes such as AI Travel Snap and AI Landscape.

The standard P4 5G will pair a 50MP main sensor with an 8MP ultrawide lens, while the front camera will be 16MP. Like the Pro, it will also be capable of 4K video recording and use AI to enhance images.

Details are still under wraps

While the processors have not been confirmed, leaks indicate that the P4 Pro 5G could run the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset with a HyperVision AI GPU. The base P4 5G may feature the Dimensity 7400 Ultra along with a Pixelworks processor for improved display rendering.

Power is likely to come from a 7,000mAh battery, reportedly supporting 80W fast charging and reverse charging. Realme is also believed to be working on a better cooling system to maintain consistent performance.
