Saints and sages across the country had come to witness Maha Kumbh, however, one Baba made headlines with his interviews. Yes, you thought it right, we are talking about IIT Baba. He was a former aerospace engineer from IIT Mumbai who left his career to learn about spirituality and self. His remarks on Indian family dynamics, education, and life in general made him a viral figure.

3. Digital Snan

As wild as it can get, Mahakumbh 2025 was not behind even in the context of memes. When a local entrepreneur offered a Digital Snan (Virtual bath) service to devotees who could not make it to Prayagraj for Kumbh, a meme gang on social media couldn't keep their calm. In a viral video, a woman was seen dipping her phone in Ganga, while talking to him on a video call. This video left people in stitches.

4. Overchaotic Trains

One of the saddest parts of Mahakumbh 2025 was overcrowded places, which turned out life-threatening. Viral videos showed trains packed with devotees who came to experience Mahakumbh, breaking windows to get inside trains. While other clips showed ticketless passengers lining AC coaches and swarming trains. Some passengers also locked themselves in toilets and others used windows to climb into coaches.

A heart-melting story made everyone shed happy tears on the internet, when two friends, who used to study in school together in the year 1988, reunited at Mahakumbh 2025.

10. Four generations of Ambanis at Kumbh

Alas, Mela also witnessed four generations of Ambanis together, who came to visit Mahakumbh to take a holy dip in the Sangam. Mukesh Ambani along with sons Akash and Anant, their wives Shloka and Radhika and grandkids Veda and Prithvi reached Prayagraj. While, mother Kokilaben Ambani also arrived along with her two daughters – Dipti Salgaocar and Nina Kothari.
