Gurugram Man Viral Video: Who needs superheroes when you have desi jugaad? A video from Gurugram is going viral where a man decided to take matters into his own hands, literally. Instead of waiting in knee-deep water and endless traffic, he simply picked up his scooter, put it on his shoulder and walked ahead like it was no big deal. The clip, shared by the Instagram page 'gurgaon_locals,' shows the man casually carrying the two-wheeler through the flooded streets after heavy rains left the city waterlogged. Netizens couldn’t stop laughing and relating to the scene. While some called it workable, others joked, 'This is the only solution to Gurgaon's Traffic.'
As funny as it looks, the situation in Gurugram is far from easy. The city has been under an Orange alert after days of continuous downpour that brought life to a standstill. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), more heavy rain was expected on September 3.
But it’s not just Gurugram, Delhi-NCR and several northern states like Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir are also battling severe monsoon troubles, from overflowing rivers to landslides and cloudbursts.
