Viral Video: A school or college trip for an adult is nothing but nostalgia hitting them face first with the ‘speed of light’. Things change and the realisation of that ‘change’ hits quite hard when one sees the drastic difference between their ‘then school life’ and the ‘now school life’ of the current generation. And that is exactly what netizens felt when a video of yet another school fight surfaced online. Only this time, rather than ‘nostalgic’, the clip left many feeling concerned about the future generation and the wide gap between how students used to act years back and how they act now. the video of the said school fight went viral on social media, as it had quite a few students clashing brutally with each other on the roadside.

However, what actually made the clip ‘concerning’ was the reason behind such an ugly clash. As per the viral post, the boys in the video were fighting over a piece of chalk. Yes, take your time to ‘digest’ that. According to the post, one of the boys from the fighting group was hit by a piece of chalk, which led to the said ‘chaos’. As soon as the clip went viral, along with the reason, people were quick to chastise the kids for their drastic 'lack of patience’. 

The video was shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Arhant Shelby’. The video was re-shared by the handle ‘Ghar ke kalesh’, with the captioned, “Kalesh between a group of two boys of the same school and same class for throwing a piece of chalk on a boy of another group.”

The video, soon after getting shared, went viral on social media and left people reacting. Most people criticised the kids for creating such drama over a petty reason like a ‘chalk’, while some dubbed it ‘common’ for schools and colleges these days. The post was shared today and pulled 56K views from people.

Taking to the comment box, people shared their views. “These guys are literally fighting like illiterates just because of a piece of chalk? This somewhat shows where our current education system is going. Kids these days have zero patience. They want to fight for just almost anything. This is the doom of the country,” a user said.

“Things like these were common for a few years as well. Students always had something to fight about. The uncalled-for drama kept students alive but students these days are fighting over stupid reasons. It’s not even funny, how it was a few years ago,” added a second netizen.

“It feels like fighting is the new cool these days. These kids will fight over just anything but will not study, even if the exams are a day away. Just very sad to see,” added a third.
