British adult entertainment star Lily Phillips is gearing up for an ambitious challenge that has set the stage for a new world record. The 23-year-old aims to have sex with 1,000 men within 24 hours, a feat that has drawn widespread attention. Phillips is reportedly undergoing intense training in preparation for the event, which is set to take place in January 2025. To make this dream a reality, she is recruiting men from around the world via email. Out of the many applicants, 1,000 individuals will be chosen to participate in what has been dubbed the 'Record-Breaking Event of the Year'.

The current record for most sexual partners in a single day is held by adult film actress Lisa Sparks, who slept with 919 men at the 2004 Adult Industry Fair in Poland. Sparks later described the experience as "painful for the next week." In preparation for her own record attempt, Lily Phillips has been undergoing ‘training’ over the past few months, gradually increasing the number of sexual encounters as part of her self-proclaimed ‘Physical Training’.

Doctor Warns Lily Phillips About Potential Health Risks 

Dr. Zac Turner, a Sydney-based preventive health specialist, cautioned that engaging in such extreme activity could have serious negative effects on Lily Phillips' body.

"Sex is essentially a physical activity that involves the movement of various muscles, the work of the cardiovascular system and the release of endorphins," he told News.com.au.

Dr. Zac Turner further explained that while sex in moderation can be beneficial, improving cardiovascular health and relieving stress, extreme activities like a 24-hour sex marathon can take a significant physical toll.

Lisa Sparks, the current record holder, revealed she experienced severe pain for a week after her 919-partner marathon. Despite this, Lily Phillips remains determined to proceed with her challenge. She acknowledged it would likely hurt toward the end but is confident her determination will help her push through, having gradually increased the number of partners in recent months.
