Mahindra XUV400: New Features and Panoramic Sunroof

Electronic stability program (ESP), hill hold assist, cruise control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a tyre pressure monitoring system, fog lamps, a boot lamp, and two tweeters are now included in the EL trim of the XUV400 in addition to the 4-speaker audio system.

The single-pane sunroof currently offered on the XUV300 and XUV400 would soon be replaced by a panoramic sunroof. Sources claim that the brand's plan is to offer panoramic sunroofs on every model of XUV. However, this won't be offered until after each car's facelift, which for the XUV400 is anticipated to happen in 2025.

XUV400 EV's Electric Motor Power and Range

A single electric motor with 150 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque powers the XUV400. In the EL trim, which according to MIDC has a 456 km range, the front axle-mounted motor is combined with a 39.4kWh battery. A 34.5kWh battery with a stated range of 375 km (MIDC) is available in the EC trim.

The pricing of these features has been slightly raised by Rs 20,000. The EL trim is now priced between Rs 19.19 lakh and Rs 19.39 lakh, while the standard EC trim is priced between Rs 15.99 lakh and Rs 16.49 lakh.
