Maruti Suzuki Invicto Hybrid Price: The Maruti Suzuki Invicto, a rebadged version of the Toyota Innova Hycross MPV, has received a perfect 5-star crash test safety rating from Bharat NCAP (New Car Assessment Programme). It is also Maruti Suzuki's premium strong hybrid UV (Utility Vehicle), offered in Zeta Plus (7-seater), Zeta Plus (8-seater) and Alpha Plus (7-seater) variants in India. While Bharat NCAP crash tested only the Zeta+ and Alpha+ variants of the Invicto, the 5-star rating applies to the entire Invicto range.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto: Adult Occupant Protection Results

In adult occupant protection, the Invicto scored 30.43/32 points. The strong hybrid MPV stood out in the side movable deformable barrier test, with 16/16 points, while it got 14.43/16 in the frontal offset crash test. A penalty of around 1.5 points was applied as the MPV offered 'adequate' protection to both the driver's and front passenger’s chest. Having said that, the rest of the areas showed 'good' protection.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto: Child Occupant Protection Results

The Invicto scored 45/49 in the child occupant protection. With 18-month-old and 3-year-old dummies on rearward-facing ISOFIX seats, the Invicto received the highest score (24/24) in the dynamic crash performance. The MPV also impressed in the CRS installation test, with 12/12 points. However, it got 9/13 in the vehicle assessment test. While the ISOFIX mounts were available (as standard), the test vehicles lacked an integrated child restraint system.

Maruti Suzuki Invicto: Safety Features

The three-row Maruti Suzuki Invicto, designed with 'robust structural stability', prioritises customer safety with an extensive range of features: 6 airbags (side, front, curtain), TPMS, electronic parking brake (with auto hold), all 4 disc brakes, 3-point seatbelts for all passengers, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seats, hill hold assist, and a 360-degree camera. Note that all these features are standard. Price-wise, the Invicto ranges from Rs 24.97 lakh to Rs 28.61 lakh (ex-showroom).
