Budget 2024:  Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the interim budget for 2024-25 tomorrow (February 1). The interim budget is presented before elections, which is a temporary financial plan until the new government is formed after the election.

People across the nation and abroad also like to watch the live telecast of budget speeches to stay informed about economic policies, taxation changes, expenditures, and other information that can have an impact on their financial well-being and business operations.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will start the budget speech at 11:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) on Thursday (February 01)

Where to watch Live streaming of Budget 2024

The General Public can watch live streaming of the Budget speech on Sansad TV and Doordarshan. Both of these government channel will telecast the budget speech live on television and their respective YouTube channels.

Press Information Bureau (PIB) will also offer a live stream on their online platforms.

Apart from these official channels, all leading news channels across the nation will cover the entire budget speech. Live updates will be available on news and websites.

All budget documents on the Budget Mobile App

All Central Budget documents including the Annual Financial Statement, Demand for Grants (DG), Finance Bill and other documents will be available on the " Union Budget Mobile App". This can be a great tool for understanding the budget 2024.

Interim Budget

As the budget 2024 is scheduled to be presented months before the general elections, the upcoming budget would be an interim budget instead of a full-fledged one. The interim budget is also known as a vote on account.
