ODI World Cup 2023: Virat Kohli played yet another incredible knock in the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023 as he helped India beat New Zealand by four wickets to remain undefeated in the tournament.
With the fifth successive win in the tournament, the Men in Blue returned to the top spot as they leapfrogged the Blackcaps after victory at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala on Sunday.
Kohli, who scored 95 runs in 104 deliveries topped the run chart of the tournament as he became the leading run-scorer with 354 runs from five matches at a remarkable average of 118.00.
He has one century and three half-centuries to his name so far in the tournament as he went past Indian skipper Rohit Sharma to claim the top spot.

Rohit Sharma, who played a promising knock of 46 runs in the run chase against New Zealand, had made it to the top for a while with 311 runs at an average of 62.20 with a century and a fifty under his belt.
After the Indian dou, Pakistan's Mohammad Rizwan stands third, having scored 294 runs in four matches at an average of 98.00.
New Zealand's in-form batter Rachin Ravindra jumped to the fourth spot after a brilliant innings of 75 runs against the Men in Blue. He has 290 runs to his name at an average of 72.50 in five games.
Daryl Mitchell is the next to follow who is in fifth place with 268 runs in five matches.

Talking about the bowlers, the New Zealand spinner continues to remain in first place as the leading wicket-taker of the tournament with 12 wickets to his name in five matches.
India's leading pacer Jasprit Bumrah stands in the second spot with 11 wickets followed by Sri Lanka's Dilshan Madushanka, who took four wickets against the Netherlands as he has 11 wickets to his name.

New Zealand's Matt Henry has taken 10 wickets so far in the tournament in five matches as he remains in fourth place while Pakistan's Shaheen Afridi and Adam Zampa are next to follow with nine wickets each in four matches.
