DU UG Admission 2024: The Delhi University released the second round of seat allocations for undergraduate programs for the 2024-25 academic session. Candidates who registered for Delhi University admissions can now access and download the DU UG CSAS round 2 seat allotment 2024 from the official university websites, du.ac.in and admission.uod.ac.in.
According to media reports, the university has made 24,869 new seat allocations, while 27,554 candidates have secured a higher preference through their upgrade choices.
According to the notification, in the second allocation round, the University will make additional allocations to ensure optimal seat filling, allowing the academic session to commence on August 29, 2024. As per the University's policy, candidates who were rejected in Round 1 due to invalid certificates or documents have been reconsidered in the UR category, based on their merit and preferences, subject to seat availability.
Allocations for Delhi University admissions will be determined by a unique common rank, established through the application of Tie-breaking rules.
Candidates who have been upgraded are advised to regularly check their dashboard for any differential fee payments. Admission to the upgraded seat will only be finalised upon successful payment of the admission fees.
Candidates shortlisted in Round 2 should log in to their dashboard and accept the allocation by 4:59 pm on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. The deadline for submitting the admission fees will be 4:59 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024. Only those who complete the payment will be eligible to opt for an upgrade in subsequent rounds.

DU UG Admission 2024: Documents Required
- Class 10, class 12 Certificate and Marksheet
- CUET UG 2024 scorecard
- Passport-sized photographs
- Address proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport)
-Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate (SLC)
- Migration certificate, category certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD), if applicable
- Provisional certificate (from the last attended school) and character certificate (from the last attended institution)
