IIM CAT Mock Test 2024: The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) has made the mock exam link for the Common Admission exam (CAT 2024) available, along with a navigation guide. It has also added two more CAT practice test links 2024 for blind, low vision, and PwD students to the official website of CAT at iimcat.ac.in.

The CAT mock test link 2024 comprises past years' question papers constructed with a total time of 120 minutes for non-PwD applicants, with 40 minutes allocated to each of the three sections. On the other hand, PwD applicants will get an additional 40 minutes to complete the CAT question paper.

The CAT sample exam website has a 'Submit' option in each segment, allowing applicants to move between sections before 40 minutes. Aspirants should keep in mind that during the actual exam, they will only be able to go on to the second segment if the first section has been completed in the allotted time of 40 minutes.

“The objective of this Mock Test is not to disclose the exam pattern for CAT 2024 and the number, type and pattern of questions, as well as sequence and timing of sections in the Mock Exam are only indicative and these are subject to variations from year to year as decided by the CAT authorities,” IIM-Calcutta said.

How to access IIM CAT Mock Test 2024?

The institute has offered step-by-step directions for accessing the IIM CAT Mock Test 2024. The goal of giving the prior year's CAT question papers is to acquaint applicants with the computer-based test, allowing them to perform better on the CAT exam, which is planned for November 24.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CAT at iimcat.ac.in 2024.

Step 2: Now, click on the CAT mock test link

Step 3: After this, enter your registration number and password to sign in. Candidates are informed that for the mock test link, a dummy registration number and password have already been provided.

Step 4: Next, press the F11 button and go through all the “General Instructions” and then click on 'I agree to the above terms and conditions.'

Step 5: To proceed with the mock test, click on the ‘I am ready to begin’ link.

Step 6: On the right-hand side of the screen, calculator is available on the top.

Step 7: The question palette will be displayed on the right-hand side of the screen showing the status of each question.

Step 8: To navigate up and down the screen, click on the arrows.

Step 9: To deselect a response, click on the question number on the palette and then on the ‘Clear Response’ button.

Step 10: Click on the ‘Save and next’ button, to submit the answers.

Step 11: After this, candidates will get a chance to select the ‘Mark for Review & Next’ option to review their answers again.

Step 12: For the PwD candidates with blindness and low vision, the screen magnification option.
