Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026: Post the result declaration on June 10, the Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, has announced the complete counselling schedule for shortlisted candidates. The online registration begins today for admission to the 25,970 vacant seats in the D.El.Ed. program in the state. Eligible candidates must log in to the university’s website at predeledraj2026.com and complete their registration before the last date, i.e., fixed at June 16, 2026. Only after successful registration will the candidates be allowed to participate in the counselling rounds on the scheduled date.
How to Register For the Rajasthan BSTC Counselling 2026?
To register, candidates must visit the VMOU's official website, predeledraj2026.com. The counselling portal will open where candidates need to select their preferred teaching training institutions by paying the prescribed fee. The admission process is completely online, allowing candidates to fill out applications and select college options from the comfort of their homes.

Candidates Can Correct Mistakes In Their Application Form
While filling out the registration form, candidates may make errors. To rectify these mistakes, the university has opened a correction window for such candidates. The correction window will be open until June 17, 2026. However, changes to information such as name, parent's name, photograph, signature, thumbprint, and course type will not be permitted. For amending other information, a fee of Rs 200 has to be paid.
Rajasthan BSTC Counselling Fee 2026
To participate in the counselling process, candidates need to pay Rs 3,000 online along with registration. Later, this will be added to the admission fee. Once the registration is complete, applicants need to deposit Rs 13,555 (via e-Mitra/net banking/debit card/credit card/UPI) after the first round of allotment.
