Telangana NEET UG Counselling 2026:  Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences has released the NEET UG Round 1 seat allotment result 2026 for the Competent Authority Quota. Candidates who have participated in the Phase 1 counselling process can download the allotment result from the official portal at knruhs.telangana.gov.in. The seat allotment result is in PDF format, informing candidates about their provisional allotment. Those allotted MBBS and BDS seats must report at the institute for document verification on or before September 8, 2026.

How To Download Allotment PDF?

Seats have been allotted based on candidates’ NEET UG ranks, college preference, seat availability, and other parameters. Students can follow the given steps to check their allotted college via the official portal. 

Step 1: Go to the official website at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.

Step 2: Under the admission section, browse for the MBBS Admissions under Competent Authority Quota for the AY 2026-27 – College-wise Allotment List in the First Phase of Counselling.

Step 3: The ODF will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Download the PDF and use Ctrl+F to search for your details.

Step 5: Save the allotment list for future use.

Telangana NEET UG Round 1 Web Option Window Open

Candidates allotted seats under the 85% state quota must complete their web option process from September 4 to 6, 2026 via the official portal. Following this, they must report to their allotted college by September 8 to complete the document verification process and confirm their seats. 

Steps To Fill Telangana NEET UG Web Options

Follow the given steps to fill your web options via the official portal. 

Step 1: Go to the official website at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.

Step 2: Enter your login details and check the available BDS seat matrix.

Step 3: Select colleges as per your preference.

Step 4: Arrange the list in order in the desired order. 

Step 5: Verify the details and save the selected options. 

Document Checklist For Admission

Candidates must carry the following documents while physically reporting for admissions to the allotted college. 

• NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard

• Telangana NEET counselling registration/application details

• Seat allotment result or allotment order

• Class 10/12 certificate

• Category certificate, if applicable

• Domicile or local status documents, where applicable

• Valid photo ID

• Passport-size photographs

• Other documents mentioned by KNRUHS or the allotted college

These must be carried in original and photocopies to the college. Candidates who have not received a seat should wait for the next counselling instructions.
