BLACKPINK members are unleashing their full creative potential after parting ways with YG for their solo activities. Here’s what Lisa, Jennie, Rosé and Jisoo have been up to before reuniting in 2025 for group activities and a highly-anticipated world tour, as confirmed by YG.

LISA

Lisa has officially announced the release date for her new romantic song, Moonlit Floor, following her electrifying performance at the 2024 Global Citizen Festival in New York City. She shared a snippet of the music to LLOUD’s X (formerly Twitter), revealing it will drop on October 3rd at 8 PM ET (October 4, 5:30 AM IST). 

After launching her own label, LLOUD, in February 2024, Lisa returned to the music scene with ROCKSTAR on June 28 and subsequently released New Woman featuring Rosalía. Additionally, she is set to embark on her first solo fan meet-up in Asia, starting in Singapore on November 11.

Lisa will also be making her acting debut in the third season of HBO's The White Lotus.

JENNIE

Jennie is creating a buzz with her highly-anticipated solo comeback. Recently, she dropped a teaser for her new project, PRETTY GIRL MANTRA, showcasing her self-love message through six empowering mantras. The clip, which has already garnered over 21 million views on Instagram, reflects her playful yet motivational energy.

On October 11, Jennie's new single (her single will most probably be titled 'Mantra') is expected to arrive, following her teaser campaign that has captivated fans. Her previous official solo releases have been sparse, making this comeback particularly exciting for BLINKs. On September 30, IST, Jennie shared a snippet of the upcoming song on TikTok. Fans have shared it on X.

Rosé

Rosé has announced her signing with Atlantic Records, joining her bandmates in pursuing solo careers. In her Instagram announcement, she expressed excitement for what’s to come, urging fans to stay tuned for updates on her new Instagram account, vampirehollie. Having previously released her debut single album R in March 2021, Rosé's new partnership signals a promising phase in her solo journey.

JISOO

Jisoo has completed filming for two major projects, showcasing her dedication to acting. She recently wrapped up the production of the zombie thriller Kdrama Newtopia, where she plays Kang Young Joo, alongside Park Jeong Min. The plot centres around a couple navigating their breakup amidst a zombie apocalypse.

Additionally, Jisoo has finished filming Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint, a movie, based on a popular webtoon, where she stars alongside Lee Min-ho and Ahn Hyo-seop. Fans are buzzing with excitement over her impressive achievements in such a short time. Jisoo also launched her company BLISSOO in February 2024 for managing her solo activities.

With each member making strides in their solo endeavours, BLACKPINK fans (BLINKKs) have much to look forward to as they continue to shine individually before reuniting.
