Fukrey 3 OTT Release: The first instalment of 'Fukrey' hit screens in 2013 and garnered immediate popularity among the audience. Five years later, 'Fukrey Returns' was released in theatres and received an equally warm reception and appreciation. Both films earned extensive praise from viewers and achieved substantial success at the box office.
The third installment of the 'Fukrey' franchise, titled 'Fukrey 3,' is all set for its theatrical debut. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on September 28, and features a cast that includes Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, Pulkit Samrat, and Pankaj Tripathi. Additionally, Ali Fazal is set to make a cameo appearance in the movie.
While the theatrical release is anticipated to go smoothly, the OTT streaming destination for Fukrey 3 has been revealed. Following a few months of its theatrical run, 'Fukrey 3' will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Similar to its predecessors, this film is also expected to garner significant affection from the audience.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the film's release, especially considering that the first two installments received praise from both critics and audiences alike. The beloved characters of Hunny, Bholi Punjaban, Choocha, Laali, and Pandit Ji are all poised to make a comeback on the silver screen, ready to delight once more with their comical one-liners and eccentric personalities.
Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, known for his work on 'Fukrey' and 'Fukrey Returns'’ takes the helm once again for the third instalment of the beloved comedy series. The screenplay is penned by Vipul Vig, and the film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment.
The initial release date for 'Fukrey 3' was set for September 7, which would have coincided with the release of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan.' However, the film's producers announced earlier this month that the new release date is September 28.
