BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Buys Luxurious Villa In Seoul’s Gangnam, Becomes Neighbour Of HYBE Founder Bang Si Hyuk

Global kpop star Jisoo has made a powerful move in the world of luxury real estate. The BLACKPINK singer, known for business acumen, has reportedly bought a luxurious villa in Gangnam, Seoul. As per reports, Jisoo’s new residence is situated in L’ARBRE 27, a private and highly secure complex. Notably, the place is an address to many South Korean’s big personalities. Now, Jisoo’s new neighbour will be HYBE founder Bang Si Hyuk. The BTS mastermind will reside in the same complex. L’ARBRE 27 consists of 27 exclusive villas, each designed in such a way that gives maximum privacy, comfort and architectural sophistication.

Some reports also suggest that every unit in the complex has been sold out. It shows that its desirability among Korea’s business and elites from the Korean entertainment industry. Reports also suggest that the penthouse in that complex costs around 45 billion KRW (which is approximately 31.6 million USD) while standard villas are estimated at 20 billion KRW (14 million USD approx). The twin property will feature five underground and seven above-ground levels; the completion of the same has to happen soon. Jisoo and Bang Si Hyuk are set to move in after the construction work is done.

This is not the first investment, Jisoo has a set of luxurious holdings. She owns property in Hannam The Hills, which is one of Seoul’s most prestigious addresses. It is also the home to BTS Jin and actor So Ji Sub. Apart from her acting and singing career, Jisoo has a large entrepreneurial flair through BLISSOO. It is the company which she co-founded with her brother. The office is located in a posh area of Hannam. It showcases her strong presence in both business and lifestyle cycles.
