Bigg Boss 18, hosted by Salman Khan, premiered on October 6. It features a diverse group of contestants, including the controversial fitness influencer Rajat Dalal. During his introduction, Khan reminisced about Dalal's feud with popular YouTuber CarryMinati. A 14-time powerlifting medalist, Dalal acknowledged that his controversies often overshadowed his accomplishments. With a strong online presence boasting 1.1 million Instagram followers and 235,000 YouTube subscribers, Dalal's lavish lifestyle and contentious past have captured public attention. His journey to fame began as he shared fitness content on social media, which subsequently became his primary source of income.
Hailing from Faridabad and born on January 12, 1996, he comes from an affluent family and has made notable strides in powerlifting, including setting a world record in deadlifting. Amid this, reports suggest that his net worth is approximately ₹16.8 crore, primarily derived from his online presence.

Rajat Dalal's controversies
In August, Rajat Dalal was recorded driving at 143 km/h on a busy road when he allegedly struck a biker, nonchalantly commenting that it was a common occurrence. Following this, a case was filed against him for reckless driving in September, as reported by PTI. A viral video captured him not stopping after the incident, further emphasizing his dismissive attitude.
Additionally, during an interview at the Entertainers Cricket League (ECL), he stirred controversy by excluding cricket legend MS Dhoni from his list of desired players for his team, the Haryanvi Hunters.

Rajat Dalal Vs CarryMinati
Recently, CarryMinati released a roast video aimed at Rajat Dalal, humourously referring to him as "Mighty Raju." In this clip, CarryMinati highlighted an incident where Dalal filmed himself inside a McDonald's, despite being asked by staff not to record. Ignoring their requests, Dalal continued to film, prompting CarryMinati to liken his behaviour to that of a rebellious child. As the roast gained popularity, Dalal responded with a video asking CarryMinati to remove his segment and apologize.
In an unexpected twist, CarryMinati not only issued an apology but also edited Dalal’s part out of the video, emphasising that his content is purely for entertainment purposes.
Reacting to this, Rajat Dalal told Salman Khan on Bigg Boss 18 set, "I never take the initiative. If someone teases me, then I respond. For example, I have never picked a fight with any influencer, except in the case of one influencer. You could say that I had a confrontation with a big influencer, which was CarryMinati. In my entire life, I have never spoken about him, never mentioned his name, nor have I ever said anything about his caste or religion. Out of nowhere, he made a roast video in which he made fun of me. Since I have never said anything wrong to anyone, I don’t expect the other person to do something like that either."
