A few weeks ago, three people were seriously injured in a late-night accident in Bengaluru. Police have now identified the person who caused the accident. According to police, the accident was caused by Kannada actress Divya Suresh, who fled the scene instead of taking the injured to the hospital.

Police have identified Kannada actress and former Bigg Boss Kannada contestant Divya Suresh as the driver in a Bengaluru hit-and-run case. The accident occurred on October 4, around 1:30 am, near Nithya Hotel in Byatarayanapura.

An FIR was registered in the case on October 7, based on a complaint from Kiran G, the rider of the two-wheeler that was hit.

Kiran, who was traveling with his cousins Anusha and Anita, alleged that a speeding car struck their bike and fled the scene.

Kiran and Anusha sustained minor injuries, while Anita suffered a leg fracture and had to undergo surgery at BGS Hospital. The Kannada actoress was identified via CCTV footage. Initially, the vehicle was reported as unknown and was said to be driven by a woman.

Police later used CCTV footage from surrounding areas to trace the car and confirmed it belonged to Divya Suresh. DCP Traffic West, Dr Anoop Shetty, stated that they have seized the car involved in the incident and further investigation is ongoing.
