Bengaluru: A total of 184 ‘developed’ sites are up for sale as the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has initiated the process of e-auctioning them this month. It has issued two separate notifications inviting applications from potential buyers.

As per the first notification, which lists 122 ‘corner or intermediate sites’ for sale, the e-auction began on August 11. The sites are being auctioned on an ‘as is, where is’ basis, with the minimum bid raise fixed in multiples of Rs 500 per square metre. The last date to register interest is August 25, and the live bidding will be held on August 28, 29 and 30.

Some of the locations where sites have been identified include Lingadheeranahalli, Hemmigepura, Valagerehalli, Rachanahalli, Kacharakanahalli, Kothanur, Gollahalli, UM Kaval, Thalaghattapura, BM Kaval, Anjanapura, Sompura, Gubbalala and Chalkere, among others.
