Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: As the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) prepare to face the Gujarat Titans (GT) in an IPL match at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday, the Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) have implemented a series of traffic measures to manage the expected crowd. Traffic restrictions will be enforced from 3 PM to midnight on match days.

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: No Parking Zones

- Queens Road, MG Road, Raj Bhavan Road, MG Road to Cubbon Road
- Central Street Road, Museum Road, St Marks Road
- Kasturba Road, Trinity Junction, Ambedkar Veedhi, Lavelle Road
- Vittal Mallya Road, Nrupathunga Road, Kings Road

 

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory For RCB vs GT: Parking Zones

Designated parking areas have been established at St Joseph’s Indian School Ground, UB City parking lot and the basement of St Joseph’s Boys High School, among others. Pick-up and drop-off zones will be available along Cubbon Road from BRV Junction to Chalukya Circle.

RCB vs GT: Special Bus Services Arranged

For fans attending the matches, the BMTC will operate special bus services, connecting the stadium to various locations.

Bengaluru IPL Match Schedule

Upcoming RCB matches are scheduled for April 10, 18, 24, May 3, 13 and 17, ensuring an exciting IPL season for local fans.

Namma Metro Timings Extended

To ensure smooth commuting on match days, the Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) will extend Metro services. The final trains from the four terminal stations—Whitefield (Kadugodi), Challaghatta, Silk Institute, and Madavara—will depart at 12:30 AM. Meanwhile, the last train from Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station (Majestic) towards all routes will leave at 1:15 AM
