Abhinav, who is relatively new to the city, having been in Bengaluru for less than a year, expressed his disappointment with the incident. He stated, “As someone new to Bengaluru, I have volunteered for various social work initiatives in the city to give back to it. For the conductor to use language as a crutch to get violent or abusive shouldn’t be acceptable.”
