DDA Housing Scheme 2025 Update: E-auction of flats under the Special Housing Scheme of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is being held on Tuesday, February 18. A total of 110 flats have been booked in this scheme at a starting price of Rs 29 lakh. Interested people can visit the official website of DDA to participate in the e-auction. People need to keeping their documents and payment information ready.
DDA Housing Scheme 2025: E-Auction Timings
Those who have booked flats in the Special Housing Scheme of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will be given flats today. DDA will organize e-auction from February 18 for the allotment of flats. Flats will be allotted today i.e. on February 18 and 19. E-auction will start at 11 am on both days. Which will be broadcasted live on https://dda.etender.sbi .
DDA Housing Scheme 2025: Auction Process
The auction process will start at 11 am and will continue till 12 pm. After that, the second bid will start at 3 pm and will continue till 4 pm. If a big bid is placed in the last 5 minutes, the auction time will be extended by 5 minutes. This process can be extended a total of 20 times, which can increase the time of one auction to 2 hours and 40 minutes. In this way, the auction ending at 4 pm can continue till 5.40 pm. Flats For Rs 8 Lakh
Apart from this scheme, two other schemes of DDA are also being run. Under which a total of 6,810 flats have been released for LIG and EWS category. These flats are built in Loknayakpuram, Sirsapur and Narela. Seeing their increasing demand, the authority has announced to add 500 new EWS flats. In this, the starting price of the flats will be 8 lakh, 13 lakh, 23 to 24 lakh after 25 per cent discount.
