But there are several exercises that we can perform in the comfort of our homes and lose significant weight. An hourglass figure or body shape can be difficult to achieve but not impossible. Those models on billboards, magazines and celebrities on red carpets have set the bar high for achieving an hourglass body shape. Your diet choices, lifestyle choices and fitness routine, together affect how your body looks.
