Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine has been practiced for over 3,000 years and has gained worldwide popularity. This ancient practice emphasises lifestyle tweaks and natural therapies to promote well-being. Ayurveda is not just about medicine but also focuses on diet and balancing the three doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha present in the human body. Determining your dosha is the first step in Ayurvedic healing as it guides dietary, exercise and medicinal recommendations. Even something as simple as drinking water is tailored to your dosha. Understanding your health type is crucial as it influences your beverage choices.
For instance, individuals with a specific dosha may benefit from certain drinks while others may not. By embracing Ayurvedic principles, you can harness the power of natural healing and optimise your overall health. Here, we've listed the beverage according to the dosha that you can choose from.
Best Beverage As Per Ayurveda

People with Vata dosha marked by a dry and airy nature need to prioritise hydration to maintain balance and well-being.
