News around Apple iPads gained the spotlight after reports hinted that Apple could introduce them at an event this month. While the speculations did not materialise, it seems the wait for new iPads could slip into next year. According to Mark Gurman, a reliable name for Apple-related leaks, the company could introduce the new iPads next year.
In his Power On newsletter, the Bloomberg journalist claims that the tech giant is not planning to release the next iteration of iPads until March 2024, according to sources cited in the report. In the past, there were rumours that Apple could bring new iPads this month. But Gurman refuted these claims.
The iPad maker is reportedly working on four new iPad tablets, which include the iPad Pro, iPad Air (6th Gen), iPad mini (7th Gen) and an entry-level model (11th Gen). The "minor iPad refreshes" could debut in March. It is unlikely that the iPad Pro will join the other three models at launch.

"Apple is planning to launch new iPads around March, with new entry-level, Air, Mini and Pro models in development. This gap explains why Apple didn't wait to release the new low-end Apple Pencil," Gurman posted on X, formerly called Twitter.
Coming to the substitute launches in place of the iPad, the Apple Pencil USB-C debuted as Apple's "most affordable" Pencil for iPad. After discontinuing the iPad with the Lightning connector, the company may pull the plug from the Apple Pencil (1st Gen).
On a related note, it is anticipated that the Mac maker could introduce the successor to the 24-inch iMac this month on October 30 or 31. Secondly, a 32-inch upgrade, which will likely be the company's most generous iMac (in terms of screen size), could arrive in 2024 or 2025. You can read more on both of these updates here.
